Wellsville , N.Y. — A Pennsylvania man faces charges after police said shot another man at a party Wednesday night in Allegany County.
Investigators determined Gregory Miller, 54, of Penndel, Pa., got into an argument with a 48-year-old man after several hours of drinking alcohol. Others at the party disarmed Miller and held him down until troopers arrived and took him into custody, according to police.
