The Glasgow road was closed for hours.
A MAN has been charged following an incident that resulted in a busy Glasgow road being closed for almost nine hours.
Finnieston Street was closed at the junction with the Clydeside Expressway from shortly after 11pm on Saturday night. A Traffic Information Bulletin informed that a"large emergency service presence" was in attendance at a report of a road traffic collision.Officers confirmed that a 21-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with road traffic offences.spokesperson said:"A 21-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with road traffic offences following a road crash in Glasgow on Finnieston Street at its junction with the Clydeside Expressway.
"The incident occurred around 11.25pm on Saturday, September 10, 2022 and involved an Audi A4 and a Mercedes GLA."A 21-year-old man is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court in connection with the incident on Monday, September 12, 2022."
