Toronto police officers are investigating after a woman was found dead in a residential unit in the city’s west end Sunday morning.

In the vicinity, firefighters found a woman without vital signs in a second-floor apartment. Toronto Police Services were contacted, and officers arrested a man upon arrival. No charges have yet been laid. Police told the Star officers remain on the scene investigating, and no other details can be provided at this time.
