A man has been arrested following a major incident in Glasgow
We reported that Harmony Row was closed between Golspie Street and Helen Street in the city's Govan on Tuesday night from around 7pm.The road reopened at around 10pm and officers revealed that a 32-year-old man had been arrested in connection.
