Tragic John Cairns died after sustaining serious injuries at a property in Shiel Gardens, Shotts , Lanarkshire at around 8.20am on May 9.
Medics fought to save the 24-year-old but sadly he was pronounced dead at the scene. A probe was launched by police to establish what happened.One person wrote: "My nephew's life has been taken away from him in the cruellest way. Our hearts are shattered buddy."
