SINGAPORE — Attracted to young schoolgirls in uniforms, Kasmir Singh followed a 12-year-old girl home and molested her.
The 66-year-old was sentenced to four years and one month’s jail after pleading guilty to three charges on Monday .
She arrived at the Bedok station an hour later and while she was at a bus stop next to the main road, Singh spotted her. About 15 minutes later, the girl arrived at the void deck of the housing block where she lived. As she was waiting for the lift on the ground floor, Singh approached her and made inappropriate remarks while trying to chat with her.When the victim tried to exit the lift, Singh blocked her and molested her again.
In July 2020, he tried to chat up another 15-year-old female student when she was about to enter a lift to get home.
