Ethiopian forward Abubeker Nassir Ahmed has started his time at Mamelodi Sundowns by continuing with his impressive scoring run that began back home.He has three goals in four games with only one of those appearances have been a start which came on Friday evening in the Tshwane derby defeat to SuperSport United.

Nasir has made scoring a habit in the last two years having hammered 36 goals in 47 appearances during the previous two seasons playing for Ethiopian Coffee. The 22-year-old was signed at the beginning of the year but then loaned back to Coffee until June when he returned to Chloorkop. His fellow countryman Fikru Tefera has already predicted that Nasir will again reach double figures this season.
