Julius Malema is confident that the alliance between the ANC and the DA will not last until the 2029 general elections.
JOHANNESBURG - Economic Freedom Fighters leader Julius Malema said that his political party was patiently waiting for the Democratic Alliance to leave the Government of National Unity so that his party could participate in government.
The EFF declined the African National Congress 's invitation to join the GNU earlier this year, stating that it could not govern with the DA and Freedom Front Plus.Malema is confident that the alliance between the ANC and the DA will not last until the 2029 general elections. Malema asserted that when this occured, the EFF would be more than prepared to step in and form a national coalition government with the ANC.
