The council of Makhado Municipality in Limpopo has implemented a Polokwane High Court judgment which ordered the appointment of Godfrey
In the event that the Speaker fails or refuses to call a special meeting when requested by a majority of the councillors, the Municipal Manager may call the meeting. Economic Freedom Fighters councillor, Wiseman Ramadwa says the Mayor, former Mayor, Chief Whip as well as the Municipal Manager must pay legal costs amounting to half a million Rand, incurred when they challenged the court judgment.
