Original Glinda the Good Witch actor Kristin Chenoweth recently shared her advice to Ariana Grande, who is set to play Glinda in the upcoming Wicked movie adaptation. Based on the Broadway musical of the same name, Wicked chronicles the journey of Galinda Upland and Elphaba Thropp , childhood friends who later become enemies as Glinda the Good Witch and The Wicked Witch of the West.
"She didn't call me for advice. She was really nervous. She said, "I want to pay homage to you but I'm scared. I want to make you proud." I go, "Wait, you've already made me proud. So it doesn't matter." Check. Done that. That's achieved.
