The tournament, with its eight teams, is expected to last over a week before a champion is crowned
NASA Little League's Nolan Bilski, our latest all-star spotlight, loves his lasagna and that grade of 91 he got in science class. He can credit that pig he and his group dissected for that strong grade.As of this very minute, the Major Little League all-stars from Bayside, League City and NASA have the same chance to reach the famous Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pa. as teams from Utah, Kansas, Ohio and Vermont, etc.
Obviously, local teams in the past have reached the World Series with Pearland Little League being the most well-documented. In fact, NASA Little League's 2022 squad scrimmaged Pearland last summer and a handful of weeks later, Pearland was packing its bags for Williamsport. All are 7 p.m. start times. There's the possibility of 15 games when it's all said and done and all will start at 7.
Speaking of Santa Fe, they'll host all of Saturday's Day 2 action. The winner of the NASA-Bayside contest will oppose the winner of the Baytown-Santa Fe contest. Then the winners from the Texas City and League City sites will also converge on Santa Fe.
