Mahlambi is currently a free agent after parting ways with Mamelodi Sundowns after a spate of injuries.
The former Bidvest Wits striker spent last season on loan at Chippa United where he barely featured due to a long-term injury from the Brazilians.Mahlambi has since joined Matsatsantsa for an assessment with a view to signing with the club this season. "He is training with Supersport United. It's still too early to say anything, he just started training," Mahlambi's manager, Glyn Binkin tellsSuperSport United have so far signed Grant Magerman and Thabang Sibanyoni to reinforce their squad for this coming season.
Matsatsantsa are still yet to make a decision on Ramahlwe Mphahlele who is also training at the club. Mphahlele is currently a free agent since his departure from Kaizer Chiefs at the end of last season.
