The Winona County Police Department says the body was discovered using "information generated during the Madeline Kingsbury investigation."Missing Winona mom Madeline Kingsbury's ex-partner, who is the father of her children, has been booked into Winona County Jail on Wednesday. A body has been recovered connected to the disappearance of Madeline Kingsbury, the Winona mother who hasn't been seen since March 31. Her ex-partner -- who is the father of her children -- has been arrested.
