Made in Chelsea's Spencer Matthews shares regret at explosive break-up scenes
"I had actually broken up with Louise the night before and I told her about the next scene, and she came in steaming-hot breaking up with me instead and I was like, 'This isn't real anymore!'" he said.
"At the time I was a heavy drinker and there was a change in the wind, and our relationship was very toxic at the time and it meant we had a huge screaming match that I really regret. "You know, we're not friends but I have no hard feelings towards her. I wish her all the best, but it's a shame I yelled at her that way because I feel embarrassed about it.
"But had I not told her the night before, it would have been different. I would have broken up with her and she would have had a different reaction, but actually she came in knowing what the scene was about. So it was not real."
