SANTA MONICA, Calif., April 26, 2024 — The Board of Directors of the Macerich Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.17 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on June 3, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 20, 2024.Macerich is a fully integrated, self-managed, self-administered real estate investment trust .
