KENSINGTON, P.E.I. — The Charlottetown Bulk Carriers Knights scored two goals in the final eight minutes of the third period to defeat the Kensington Monaghan Farms Wild 4-2 on Jan. 21. Jonah MacDonald found the net with 7:46 remaining in the third period to break a 2-2 tie and Dawson Sharkey sealed the win with an empty-net goal with 33 seconds showing on the clock.
Nathan Campbell and Owen MacPherson also scored for the Knights in the New Brunswick/P.E.I. Major Under-18 Hockey League game, played at Credit Union Centre in Kensington.Finn Morris , Nathan Mossey, Brennan Murphy and Ryan Dwyer picked up assists as the Knights improved their league-leading record to 19-5-1-2 .
Colby Hudson and Clark Allain replied for the Wild , who dropped a 6-1 road decision to the Moncton Flyers on Jan. 20. Brian Zhang, Isaac Arsenault and Brogan Chaisson set up the goals.Hudson Bradley stopped 17 of 19 shots to earn the goaltending win.
