Bad conditions out there
The M55 is experiencing closures towards Blackpool after a rush hour crash. Two motorway lanes are shut heading towards the seaside town.
The incident took place on the westbound carriageway between junction three and junction four at around 8am today .Monster kept partner captive in loft for five years and chained her to his arm to stop her escaping A spokesperson for Inrix said: "Two lanes closed and slow traffic due to accident on M55 Westbound from J3 A585 Fleetwood Road to J4 A583 Preston New Road ."Inrix said: "One lane blocked and queueing traffic due to broken down lorry on M6 Northbound from J31 A59 Preston New Road to J31A B6242 Bluebell Way . Travel time is around 15 minutes.Lane two is closed."
