Love Island star calls for change as she reveals “biggest frustration” with the show
The ITV star quit her job in France ahead of appearing on the show and moved countries in order to be able to take part.
"Talking from my experience, I quit my job in France – I moved the country to come back and do this. Don’t get me wrong, everything happens for a reason, I wouldn’t change my experience, but that was a big move for me to [only] have less than a week in there." She said that had she been more aware of how short her time on the show would be, things may have gone differently.
"If I would have been more aware, if they’d have said: 'Lacey, we love you and want you as a bombshell but it will be towards the end,' even if I had that indication that [I would be going in] towards the end." Lacey went on to insist that ITV should make more of an effort to be transparent with potential islanders, because she may have passed on appearing at all had she known the full truth.
