Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins star Teddy Soares broke down in tears on the show as he opened up about his lack of contact with his mum.
Sharing the clip from the show with his followers, Teddy wrote: "Confronting My Demons. In this Sunday's episode of @sas_whodareswins, I address the scars I've kept hidden. It's a tough process, but it's where true strength comes from." He candidly says: "If you asked me two, three years ago, do you need any contact from your own mum, I would have told you 'no, I don't care.'After being asked if he had reached out to his parent, he replied: "No. I just haven't really been brave enough. And I think literally the only thing that's stopping me is me."
Another added: "I really hope you find your mum, and if she's looking on social media, she breaks the ice first and contacts you. Life is too short to hold grudges, and you don't know what's around the corner."You've got this," a third penned. "Incredibly strong and brave." A fourth added: "Proud of you."
