The Fort Bend Fire Marshal’s Office said a hazmat crew is on the scene to clear an oil spill. There was also a lost load which appeared to be watermelons.According to Houston Transtar, the crash happened just before 4 a.m. near University Boulevard and is affecting some of the main lanes and frontage road.
