Dany Hernandez was arrested the following morning at a home in Los Angeles with the couple’s 5-year-old son, who was unharmed.
A 38-year-old Los Angeles man was arrested by Long Beach police Tuesday, Oct. 4, less than 15 hours after he was suspected of breaking into a home and killing a man in North Long Beach, authorities said.
The suspect and the woman shared custody of a 5-year-old son, police said, and following the shooting Hernandez went to pick up the boy at his school in Los Angeles.
