Rosie Smith, the only daughter of the Gorbals-born telly host, 64, and husband Steve Smith, announced her engagement to partner Steve White. The touching news was shared in a heartfelt Instagram post showing a selection of photos of Rosie sitting at a table wearing an engagement ring.She wrote: “There are too many lovely things going on and I’m not quite sure what to do with myself.Lorraine commented on the post: “So happy – it’s such lovely news and I will have a son as well as a granddaughter.”In April, Lorraine posted a photo of Rosie’s ultrasound on her Instagram and said she"cannot wait to be a granny.
