Thembinkosi Lorch rejoins Orlando Pirates after a brief departure, reuniting with coach Jose Riveiro.
Thembinkosi Lorch is set to return to his former club, Orlando Pirates , this weekend after leaving earlier this year. Lorch, a fan favorite during his previous stint with the club, made 170 appearances and scored 34 goals. He won three trophies under two different coaches. Lorch's time with the Pirates under Jose Riveiro was unfortunately hampered by injuries. However, the two will reunite as Riveiro returns as coach for the second consecutive season.
Lorch is also in the squad for the second year in a row. Riveiro expressed his happiness at Lorch's return, recognizing his importance to South African football and wishing him success in regaining his form. He aims to help Lorch feel comfortable and enjoy his time back at Orlando Stadium
