South Africa moves into level 3 of the lockdown from 1 June.
Dlamini-Zuma also announced that open travel for teachers and students will be allowed under lockdown level 3 as academic activities are expected to resume.
The curfew for exercise, walking and cycling has been lifted as long as it is not conducted in groups.
