The Fullsterkur Strongman group in Ravenswood is preparing to compete in Africa’s Strongest Man and Woman competition in Zambia on October 28 and 29.

“The team was established by me and my wife, Marianka, in 2019 with the intention of giving back to the sport,” he said, adding that they also wanted to give athletes a safe space to build their strength. Coenraad added that their sharp mind and being comfortable with lifting heavy items pushed them to be the best.
