Skylar Celeste Boone Dothan’s most well-known eatery might just be KBC on Foster Street. The place is owned and operated by Kelsey Barnard Clark, a Dothan native and 2019 winner and Fan Favorite of Top Chef’s season 16.

People are also reading… When asked why she stayed in Dothan after winning Top Chef, Clark responded, “The more I was out there, the more I've traveled and the more I've gotten to know different areas, I really love the South. I really love where I'm from, but also really feel like we have some work to do here.”
