JOHANNESBURG - The Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane will give an update on the status of the province’s COVID-19 containment and mitigation strategy on Tuesday. The Health Department recorded 213 new COVID-19 deaths in South Africa, taking the death toll to 10,621.There are now 563,598 total infections in South Africa, while the recovery rate has moved to 74%.
