Arne Slot is now a fortnight into his pre-season schedule at Liverpool and the players are being whipped into shape. This week saw Dominik Szoboszlai and Andy Robertson among those to return to the fold at the AXA Training Centre with the clock ticking down on the start of the new Premier League season.
Both are expected to leave this summer, with Scottish Premiership side Dundee United among a number of clubs contemplating a move for Koumetio, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Blackburn Rovers. Williams is attracting attention from abroad after a number of disappointing loan spells. Williams made 19 senior appearances in the 2020/21 season but hasn't featured for the first team since, while the last of Koumetio's two such outings was in December 2021.
