Arne Slot has named his XI for Liverpool's clash with Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League on Tuesday
Dominik Szoboszlai and Darwin Nunez drop to the bench as Arne Slot makes two changes to the Liverpool side that hosts Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League . Curtis Jonez and Luis Diaz return as the Reds aim to make it four straight wins in the revamped European Cup. Szoboszlai started Saturday's 2-1 win against Brighton but is only part of the subs this evening as Jones comes into the midfield in place of the Hungary captain.
Darwin Nunez is given a rest as Slot continues to wait on the return of the injured Diogo Jota while Mohamed Salah is once more stationed on the right side as he aims to move into double figures for goals this season. Ibrahima Konate had been an injury doubt on Saturday after being forced off at half-time of the Brighton win with a wrist issue but the France international has suffered no serious damage and has trained all week as usual.
