Steenhuisen starts his speech by saying Gauteng will be the second province to be governed by the DA.John Steenhuisen will go first. Each candidate has 5 minutes to speak. Loud cheers in the room for Steenhuisen.Mpho Phalatse and John Steenhuisen have now taken to the stage where they will give their speeches. Gregory Krumbock will flip a coin to determine who will deliver their speech first.
