Police are currently in attendance at a security alert in North Belfast.

Officers have cordoned off a section of Willowbank Gardens, off the Antrim Road, following the incident. Ammunition technical officers are in attendance at the scene and it is understood that a number of properties have been evacuated.A PSNI spokesperson said: "There’s a security alert on Antrim Road in Belfast close to Willowbank Gardens.
