NottinghamTravelwise, Nottingham City Council's traffic monitoring Twitter account, said in a tweet: "Police incident on Mansfield Road inbound junction with Winchester Road. Emergency services on scene and blocking Lane 1 of 2 on Mansfield Road, traffic squeezing through lane 2 of 2 at present so please allow extra time for your journey due to delays on Mansfield Road."
