Drivers are facing delays
Buses have been impacted as a result. Nottingham City Transport have reported delays on Red 44 due to the crossings in Netherfield being stuck in the down position.
This is also affecting traffic in the area. Traffic reporting site Inrix released an update, which says: "Slow traffic due to level crossing failure on Victoria Road in both directions from Wright Street to Station Road." In a tweet, NCT said: "Friday 27th January 08:15hrs; There are delays on Red 44 due to the Crossings at Netherfield being stuck in the down position."
