"We’ll continue to assess the developing situation, but the best thing Russia could do now is withdraw their troops immediately.”Water reserves in Crimean reservoirs are sufficient after the breach at the Kakhovka dam, Russian-state-owned news agency TASS has reported, citing emergency services.
