Kgoale was this week announced as the latest Puma brand ambassador with the unveiling of her “Lipstick Lady” boots, complete with the South African flag.Also, it twists the mind of those who have never seen a woman wearing lipstick or make-up on the [soccer] field. Lipstick Lady is designed to raise people’s eyebrows.
Her vibrancy and charisma makes her one of the marketable players in local women’s football where sponsorship is scarce. The league is not yet fully professional for players to earn decent salaries.Kgoale has already caught the attention of a prominent beauty product manufacturing company. Kgoale is active on social media and utilises her platforms to enhance her brand. “I try to show the fans the things they’ve never had access to from the inside [of my world],” she said of her sharing her social media content.Kgoale is among a few players who have represented South Africa at the junior and senior World Cups. She was at the 2010 Under-17 Women’s World Cup. She made her Banyana debut in May 2019.
