Police received reports of "youths starting fires" on Tower Avenue, Lincoln, on Sunday eveningDisorder broke out in the Tower Estate area at about 17:40 GMT on Sunday, with reports of "youths starting fires and causing criminal damage", police said.The force said at one point officers had to temporarily pull back for their safety and the fire service also attended to extinguish the fires.
