The former Liberal cabinet minister who served both provincially and federally passed away on January 2 after a lengthy illness.Efford’s family and friends will welcome members of the public Saturday afternoon at the Pentecostal Tablernacle in Port de Grave to join them in celebrating his life and bid a final farewell to the popular and charismatic politician.If the weather permits, a memorial flotilla will be held Sunday, departing from Port de Grave at 2:00 p.m.
