One Direction star Liam Payne has shared his experience of spending around 100 days in rehab last year.
Opening up about his return to the outside world, he admitted that turning his phone back on was a daunting experience. But he says he found solace in the supportive community that awaited him. He expressed gratitude to Cheryl, whom he split from in 2018 after a two-year relationship, and their six-year-old son Bear, acknowledging their role in giving him the freedom to focus on his wellbeing.
“Honestly, more than anything I want to say thank you to Bear and his mum for giving me a little bit of freedom to go and get well. There is no point trying to be a dad when you have nothing to teach.
