Lia and Lucy Block are returning to rally next month.
Derek Daunchey, team manager and friend of the Block family, was the one to confirm the news to DirtFish. Daunchey said Lucy will compete in the same Ford Fiesta Rally3 she campaigned last season. Lia is leaving her Ford Fiesta Rally3 behind for 2023 however, instead moving to the rear-driveLucy Block will be joined in the Fiesta by co-driver Alex Gelsomino, who previously sat alongside Ken during his ARA endeavors.
“Rally was such an important part of Ken’s life and this fondness for the sport has spread throughout the whole Block family, so I’m pleased we will run this event,” Daunchey told DirtFish. “We also plan to enter the remaining ARA rounds and look forward to meeting everyone who makes the sport work on each rally.”Lucy and Lia will undoubtedly have the support of the rally community when they make their ARA return next month in Missouri.
