Omar was just 21 years old when he took his own life
A Liverpool FC fan who took his own life will have an "enduring presence" at Anfield after his tragic death.
Farah told the ECHO: "I like to think he chose Liverpool University because it was his birthplace but I think the truth is he just wanted to be as close to Anfield as he could. He was an obsessive Red. He was a very gentle hearted, kind man."He was doing well at university and he had a lot of incredible and meaningful friendships which I have learnt even more about since his death."
The flag for Omar was flown at the latest Merseyside Derby on October 21, which came just days after his 22nd birthday on October 17. In an interview with the Anfield Wrap, Nolan explained the meaning behind the flag which also includes the following words: "Somos Para Ti". "For me, hopefully the banner is seen as a symbol of hope and raising awareness for James' Place. But likewise for me personally, it's like Omar will be sitting at the top table of football for ever more hopefully."
