Lewis Capaldi says he can't find a builder willing to renovate his £1.6million farmhouse on the outskirts of Glasgow.
Capaldi, 26, said the house is now a "shell" and he is struggling to convince any workmen to take on the project.Speaking on US radio, he said: "Let's put it this way, if this album doesn't go well I have a real issue on my hands."We keep on finding builders and they keep on being like 'nah, not for us'.
Last year, Capaldi was given permission to build an extension to the property which will include a swimming pool, changing rooms, a spa and sauna.
