Even when pressed, the best the incumbent can offer is, “Hey, I’m not as bad as the other guy,” while the array of challengers from both major parties can do little more than point out the incumbent’s stumbles and mumbles.

Hire some top-notch librarians to code and categorize all the thousands of classified documents and when one is checked out, send a kind reminder that gives the document title and the due date.
