We need to listen to the experts; we need to recommit to equal access to quality health care for everyone, the rich and the poor.Unhealthy, unsanitary conditions surround a misplaced, unattended dumpster in a derelict parking lot adjacent to a business plaza in Dartmouth’s Woodside neighbourhood. All I can say is, what a farce. Where are all the signs advising people of this law? Virtually nowhere! The only signs that I see are the antiquated ones that tell people that they cannot smoke within three metres of a business’s door front.
