We are constantly hearing about the impaired driving the wrong way, swerving into other lanes and running into objects or people. The majority seem to get out of the charges through either plea deals or deferments. This should apply equally to the common person, professor, pastor, politician or performer, regardless of their title or position in society.I’m thankful to see our press shine a spotlight on DWI and its preventable devastation. I sincerely hope that attention remains as long as DWI exists.
