Move that snow
I am amazed that the budget did not include any additional amount for snow removal. The city is growing. Accidents are increasing yearly, winter by winter. Finances and logical planning are required to serve the additional secondary and community roads, as this is where accidents are mainly happening. The snow-removal plans have been the same for years.
