Vadim Ghirda, STF / Associated PressFormer District 7 City Councilwoman Ana Sandoval stated she could no longer afford to pay for in-home child care on her council salary of $45,722. She said that is why she swapped her council job for a higher-paying job with Bexar County-owned University Health.
Most of us live within our budget. If these elected officials aren’t able to work within their budget, how can they oversee and manage the city budget? Victory over the Russians will forestall a much more catastrophic conflict later. Now, at least, U.S. personnel are not fighting and dying to oppose Russian President Vladimir Putin’s obsession to reinstate the Russian empire.
