The proposed tax increase is significantly larger than the wage growth in Prince George . The 7.23 per cent proposed property tax increase is 64 per cent higher than the average wage growth. This means that Prince George's residents will have to fund these tax increases by deferring other spending, alongside a larger increase in goods and services inflation.
