Is COVID-19 over yet? Did you know that the 82 deaths from COVID-19 on P.E.I. last year were more than six times the total number of motor vehicle deaths? ...

P.E.I. reports four COVID-19 hospitalizations from Feb. 19 to Feb. 25

As crowds gathered for the Canada Games, the P.E.I. government convinced many bare-faced Islanders that we are now living in"post-pandemic" times. Masks are not required, so they are not worn. But what are Islanders really thinking? Are we just too polite to complain and protest publicly? We need your help to understand Islanders' attitudes about masking and other precautions. As you know, regular weekly pandemic briefings were halted over six months ago, so many Islanders may have lost touch with the latest situation. What do people know about the disease and recent trends? What COVID-19 policies do Islanders want parties to address in the upcoming election?

To help understand how the general population in P.E.I. sees COVID-19, please take a moment to answer this short two-minute online survey at the link below. We will collect and analyze the data, and then report the results here in a future Guardian article.
