The emissions from these vehicles in the traffic jam, which is causing severe pollution, to say nothing of the inconvenience for the people living in Orchard Hill Park and many commuting to work, is quite a dilemma. I am, however, left with this question: Since there have been bailey bridges built all across the Island, one most notably, in Morell which kept traffic flowing freely, why, in this case, would a bailey bridge not work in Orchard Hill Park?
