Manchester United had a bid in the region of £50m accepted for Lille teenager Leny Yoro on Tuesday as they look to strengthen their defence
Lille defender Leny Yoro has called out a fake X account which claimed he was not interested in joining Manchester United.
Los Blancos are thought to be keen on the defender but are only willing to split the transfer fee over up front payments and add-ons. This is believed to be unacceptable in the eyes of Lille who are understood to be pushing Yoro towards United.READ MORE: United might be forced to abandon first transfer
This is obviously the first time Yoro has referenced a move to Old Trafford and it is difficult to gauge from his response whether or not he has an interest in the Reds. The 18-year-old is one of three centre-backs United are wanting to add to their squad this summer.
